Countermeasures against the COVID-19 infection
•For those who are showing symptoms of COVID-19, we would like to thank you for refraining from coming to the venue and appreciate your cooperation in preventing the spread of the infection. (Those with subjective symptoms such as a fever of 37.5 degrees or more, cough, sore throat, etc.)
•Please wear a mask when coming to the venue.
•We will set up hand sanitizers in various locations, so we ask for your cooperation in using them to disinfect your hands and fingers.

  Support at the venue during the event period
•We will ensure sufficient passage widths in the venue and carry out periodic ventilation.
•We will reduce capacity and ensure distance between seats inside the seminar venue.
•Inside and outside the venue, we will implement infection control measures in accordance with the “Policy Measure for Preventing Novel Coronavirus Infection at Exhibition, and Other Events” published by the Tokyo Big Sight as well as the “Exhibition Industry Guidelines for Preventing the Spread of COVID-19 Infection” published by the Japan Exhibition Association and will hold the exhibition safely and securely.

  COVID-19 Contact-Confirming Application (COCOA)
When arriving at the venue, we ask for your cooperation in registering to “COVID-19 Contact-Confirming Application (COCOA)”

For those registering for the first time, please read the terms of service carefully and after you agree with them, click on the “Pre-visit registration” button to complete the pre-visit registration by entering the required information.
After registering, you will be notified of your My Page ID, password and QR code for entering the venue in the registration confirmation email.
The QR code that is sent to you will be required for issuing an admission pass on the day of the event.
When you arrive at the venue, please print the QR code in advance and bring it with you or store it on a terminal such as a smartphone that can display it and bring it with you.
*By conducting the pre-visit registration to this exhibition, you can also enter other exhibitions held at the same time.
*The other exhibitions that will be held at the same time are the “Measuring Technology Expo 2021”, “Auto-ID & Communication Expo 2021”, “Japan Testing Technology Show 2021 (TEST 2021)” and “Sensor Expo Japan 2021”. Because the online exhibition systems are different for the exhibitions held at the same time, re-registration is required to attend them.

(1) Check your body temperature with the on-contact thermometer at the entrance of the venue and take the “body temperature measured sticker” that is printed out of the device.
(2) Place your QR code in front of the visitor ID ticketing machine located near the entrance of the venue to issue your admission pass.
(3) Take a card holder and insert your admission pass into it.
(4) Put the “body temperature measured sticker” onto the plastic  pard of the card holder.
(5) Hang the card holder around your neck and enter the venue.
